By using the Website, you expressly relieve Igniri from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website. 6. User Submissions
6.1 . By registering with Igniri and uploading looks/pictures/images, you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or if you are under 18 years old, but over 13 years old, with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian).
6.2 You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account and you agree you will not sell, transfer, license or assign your account, followers, username, or any account rights. and you agree that you will not create an account for anyone other than yourself. You also represent that all information you provide or provided to Igniri upon registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current and complete and you agree to update your information as necessary to maintain its truth and accuracy.
6.3 Igniri permit the submission of photo or other content submitted by you and other users (“User Submissions”) and the hosting, sharing, and/or publishing of such User Submissions. You understand that whether or not such User Submissions are published, Igniri does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any submissions.
6.4 You may not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos or other content via the Service.
6.5 We may, in our sole discretion, delete, move, re-format, edit, alter, distort, remove or refuse to exploit User Content at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability to you or any other party.

6.9 By using our site, you agree that you will not engage in personal attacks, use any language that is, or post, upload, transmit, send or otherwise make available any Content about an individual that is, abusive, intimidating, bullying, harassing, hateful, violent, or that victimizes, degrades, defiles or disparages an individual, on or through the Site.

7. Purchases
7.1 Igniri doesn’t hold any inventory currently, instead focus on providing the occasion-specific items suggestions. When you are ready to checkout the items in your cart from Igniri, you will be taken directly to the third party provider and asked to provide further personal details, which are likely to include your billing and delivery address, and payment card details.The personal details you enter on these Igniri Partner websites will be collected, stored and processed in accordance with the terms and conditions and privacy policy of these websites. You must read and accept the terms and conditions and privacy and cookie policies of the Igniri Partner website before purchasing your items from them. Igniri is not responsible for the terms and conditions, privacy policies of and/or practices on other sites.
7.2 Please note that Igniri has no responsibility for the fulfillment or your order. You should contact the Igniri Partner from whom you have brought the item directly in respect of any queries you have regarding the delivery, refund, exchange or return of the items you purchase.
